Abstract

This article analyzes the form of self-money laundering, as one of the most controversial mani-festations of the crime of money laundering in Europe and Spain. The validity of the constitutional principle non bis in idem is questioned, and it is proposed to reinforce the guarantees and, where appropriate, reform the current law.
