Análisis institucional de las prácticas de gestión ambiental de los campos de golf andaluces

Zusammenfassung

In this thesis we study the institucional framework with a direct influence on the environmental performance of these organizations, analyzing the various mechanisms we have found and that foster an isomorphism in practices respectful with the environment. In this line, we have set as main objective to characterize the context in which Andalusian golf courses conduct their business, under the approach favoured by the Institutional Theory, and relating this theoretical framework with the adoption by Andalusian golf courses of environmentally sustainable practices.
