Zusammenfassung

We have studied in depth the formation(training) and reality of the sports technical personnel of basketball who train categories of initiation. One of the principal aims(lenses) is tried by him(her) to know the reality of the sports schools of initiation to the basketball so extended in our country. Between(among) other contents, we study the didactics of the trainings, the utilization of the competition or the training of technical-tactical means, but especially we insist on the aspects relating to the trainer, his(her,your) initial and permanent formation(training), and the formative lacks that could have. We confront this information with the experts who supervise the sports schools in each of eight Andalusian capitals and, from there, develop a seminar of formation(training) for monitors of different basketball that seeks to diminish these lacks and to be more useful and applicable for the trainers. In this seminar we select some cases to evaluate it with depth and exigency.
