Abstract

This research will explore new proposals to improve school management to achieve in Andalusia according to the demands of the professional skills of office, starting from the view of Spanish experts in school management, the regulations governing training in the Autonomous Communities and a thorough analysis of training in Andalusia. The experts on leadership indicate that insufficient training is the main problem of school management in Spain. The programs of the Autonomous Communities are favoring management and hardly taken into account the learning leadership. In Andalusia it is believed that the training program of the year 2008/2009 the coordinating education, mentoring and working groups are essential. It should improve coordination, training the entire management team, before appointment, and increase training in learning leadership.
