Abstract

The integration of CSR in business management is one of the great challenges facing companies today. All stakeholders of the business require more than the quest for profitability thereof making enterprises increasingly interested in integrating CSR into their management processes and management. In order to show how some companies have done, we rely on multiple case study methodology that allows us to examine the main implications and changes to which facing a business organization that decides to follow a management model socially responsible.
