Abstract
Preta is a very fertile anthropogenic soil, with high proportion of very resistant to the decomposition of the organic matter, and with a high organic phosphorus proportion. A portion of organic phosphorus mineralization is carried out by enzymatic activity of microorganism soil, highlighting called mycorrhizae associations established between plant roots and some fungi soil, In this work the mycorrhizae phosphomonoesterase activity (acid and base) in TPI soils and Arenosol soils are compared. The results indicate that TPI soils are suitable for mycorrhizal coloni- zation and that the phosphomonoesterase enzyme activity level in these soils (TPI and arenosol) is similar.
