Abstract
The presence and relevance of new technologies is an unquestionable fact in the present and future society. No social sector ca be avoided to the incorporation to the new technologies to profit the advantages and goodness from this fact. The author analyses the binomial 'educational innovation-new tecnologies' and the pertinent key questions to be this binomial inseparable, measuring the weight of the new tecnologies in initial and in-service training of teachers and in the search of alternatives strategies of teaching and learning.
