Abstract
In this article the participation of the women in the educational organizations is analyzed. It intend to show the barriers and difficulties that have the women in the access to the positions of management in this so feminize profession that is the education, with the special emphasis in the first educational phases. Later it briefly shows the related bibliography to know the style or styles of management and leadership that the school woman directors develop and how they use to generate a new school culture from the perspective of gender.
