Zusammenfassung
In this article we reflect on women's working situation in our society. We analyse the cultural, social and educational barriers, specifically in the family care and domestic care. that prevent women "s professional development into the group of Jémale teachers. In this work we describe how women assume responsibility for the fainlly and domestic cares. Thisejacts have negative consequences upon their professions and their promotion. Nevertheless, f em ales, don "t recognize these explicit barriers. Education, kindergarten, ... social services in general, and flexible work are some oft/cc steps that we advance to facilitate that women can freely decider their professional development.
