Resumen
This article describes the impression that first-year students of educational science received during in-situ visits to several schools. This experience pretends to contrast theory learnt at university with the empirical experience gained on school premises. The best way to do tisis is to go to an actual school and have the school officials show them how it works. The visits allowed students to approximate the experience of educators and the view the daily organizational dynamics of a school, and especially afforded them a close-up view of daily school management, demonstrated by the actual players.
