Abstract
Education is one of the most powerful instruments to achieve genre equality. However, complete genre equality would not accomplish until the necessary reforms of democratic educative system assure the same conditions in opportunity, treatment and success to either of the sexes and remove any structural stereotypes that discriminate between sexes, educating either boys and girls for equality. This is the education that pretends the legal systems of the United Nations, European Union and Spanish Constitution.
