Zusammenfassung
Which is the work of counselor? We described their work from a recent investigation. The counselor makes twenty-five rolls different. We have evaluated those rolls front the criteria of importance, dedication and formation. Finally, we grouped those rolls in seven macro-rolls: adviser/consultor, agent of change, communicator, coordinator of resources, assessment/evaluation expert and psichopedagogical programs development. These are those that define the essence of the counselor work. Also we identified eleven functions, that project on sixteen scopes different and directed to eight different adressees. Finally relations between rolls and functions settle down.
