Resumo
The creation of university spin-off is becoming a key goal for the spanish universities. This paper is devoted to the study of the university spin-off generation in a young and medium-sized university, the University of Huelva. First, we will identify in the literature the factors that have influence; second, we�ll analyze the case of the University of Huelva, in order to identify its weakness and develop the best policy orientation; finally, some conclusions and recommendations are pointed out
