Abstract

The article shows both the Questionnaire "An ordinary day in your Nursery-School' and its elaboration process. This questionnaire is considered to be an instrument that can be useful as an element of sharing reflection on the daily experiences of Nursery-School teachers. As for the experiences in using this instrument, we can see a high level of participation and it gives cause to the beginning of a process of catharsis. Furthermore, this questionnaire is a very useful resource to make the teachers' daily worries and problematic issues come to the surface and be able to reflect upon them. The questionnaire's structure facilitates free debate and increases its flexibility, so that the participants are the ones to decide, in the very dynamics of the sharing reflection, where to start and what subject matters to use.
