Abstract
The importance of the TV as social phenomenon justifies the attention that is being dedicated to it. This produces that every idea that can do that we know better aboutthe TV, that help to put it better, to use it more rationally, will bewelcome; how much more important is one thing and bigger is its social consequence, so much we have to try that it will be in order through the reason, and not of another kind of interests than it�s sure that in a media as this one, are appearing always.
