Abstract
A characteristic anatomical trait of the Garden dormouse is the presence of a hole in the jaw angular apophysis. Some individuals of Garden dormouse without these holes were found in the south of the province of Huelva (SW of Spain). The absence of this hole is a rare trait which is not related to age or development degree of animals.
