Abstract
The present investigation looks for to determine the variables that characterize and describe to the metalmecánico sector of Pereira and Dosquebradas in relation to their organization and performance, through the evaluation and determination of the profile of the management of the technological resources with the purpose of obtaining parameters who as well allow to sustain to a proposal and elements of analysis, like strategies of competitive conversion by means of the management of Recursos Tecnolo'gicos (GRT).
