Organización del aula de convivencia y efectos en la reducción de conductas contrarias

Abstract

The problems of school life is a phenomenon often discussed in various studies, they all coincide with a series of problems such as: disruptive behavior; indiscipline in the relationships between teachers and students; relational problems among students; lack of family involvement; motivation and academic disinterest, both by students and faculty; absenteeism; the fact of being perceived differently; among others. In Andalusia (Spain), one of the measures proposed to reduce the problems of coexistence is to create classrooms that promotes coexistence a process of reflection by the student / to be served on it. In this work intended explore the effects the mediation classroom is having in reducing conduct contrary, as well as the validity of the proposed that organizational Educational Administration suggests for effective functioning. The sample is composed of 46 centers which belong to the «Red School: Space of Peace» in Andalusia (Spain). An analysis of structural equation modeling which allows for a more comprehensive overview of the phenomenon under study. The analysis of each of the hypotheses confirms the validity of the proposed organizational raised by the administration, although the evidence found show no positive effects on the reduction of conduct contrary.
