Zusammenfassung
This paper analyzes the state of the Spanish fishing and aquaculture industries related to the reduction in landings and fishermen rent dissipation that put profitability of these industries at risk in the last decades. Moreover, this problem is worse in certain coastal fishing areas where there are few alternatives of employment.
