Abstract

This longitudinal study on teleworking in the Spanish business sector for the years 2001-02 and 2011-02 seeks to observe empirically, through a survey, the evolution of this model of work in their companies. with this study, we discard technical issues of teleworking and business as causes of its slow implementation to the Spanish labor system and confirm the evolution of this model of work in its business sector, thanks to the change in attitude of companies regarding the reluctance to its use and the best and fastest speed in telecommunications.
