Zusammenfassung

Digital skills are one of the most demanded competences in the business sector, but the number of these ones is unquantifiable and young people can be a bit lost when it comes to identifying which are the most demanded by companies. Thus, this study (carried out through a survey of companies in Spain) clarifies this problem and identifies what are the most demanded digital skills in the Spanish labor market, noting that companies require, at least, that their future workers have office skills, so that future aspirants to jobs in the Spanish labor market should be concerned in training to acquire these skills.
