Aplicación de un modelo politómico de Rasch para la medida de sesgo endogrupal en diferentes grupos étnicos

The work is framed in the study of in-group bias. This work describes the application of Rating Scale Model, a politomuos Rasch model, to evaluate the scalability of a test elaborated far the measure of in-group bias in different ethnic groups. Rating Scale Model is used to estímate a persons attitude and items position in the measured construct. In this research, the in-group bias of the majority group toward the minority one and the in-group bias of the minority group toward the majority has been considered. Test has been applied to four samples: two samples of native Spanish people (native people respect to North-African and Black-Afri can outgroups); and, other two samples was North-Africans and Black-African people respect to native Spanish outgroups. The results have shown the possibility of locating persons and items of the different samples in function of their scale values in the psychosociological continuum of in-group bias.
