Diseño y desarrollo de un programa de formación basado en competencias en el contexto de la educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano en la Escuela Bomberil de la ciudad de Medellín (Colombia)

Resumo

This document summarize and analyses several theorical postures about different fundamental referents of educational field search, to achieve this objective, we create a referential frame that determines some basic concepts to this work, such as: educational direction and management, curriculum, study plans, educational legislation, Education for work and human development And abilities to overcome with the pedagogical environment. This thesis exposes nine chapters containing the concepts and developments about the same theoretical topics named around the context, the history, the characteristics, the design and the settings of the formatting program for the job under the competences approach and a pedagogical look on the education for the job and the human development. This study allowed us to include a wide range of possibilities on the investigative approach that will lead to new proposals, projects or programs more appropriate to the community that will be benefited on this formation option and that the education political may allowed. Also, inside the educational secretary of Medellin there will be a wide range for its application leading to the analysis of the situation. Finally, it shown up the relationship between the concepts and the pedagogical considerations and the formation for job surrounded on the actual social educational context that requires the overlooks on the troubled condition of developing in the knowledge, the creating and the being as a future place to be take on in a productive environment, even today. On this way we can approximate, at the same time, some legislative aspects and amplifier the discussion As an application of the associated concepts to the educational system through competencies will be show as an example of a program proposal of academical knowledge in the formation and capacitation of firemen from Medellin-Colombia.
