Abstract

This paper presents the partial results of an investigation whose purpose is to study, at the University of Sevilla (U.S.), those barriers and aids in both the classroom and the University as an institution (Faculties, University Services, etc.) that are identified by students with disabilities. In this paper, on the basis of a qualitative methodology, it is intended to give voice to this group of students to know which elements in the lecture hall act as obstacles or facilitators for their inclusion. In particular, the results are organized taking into account aspects relating to teaching staff, their educational projects and to colleagues from the university lecture halls. In the conclusions, a synthesis is made of the evidence presented in this paper and some questions are proposed that should be contemplated towards the improvement of these students� experiences at the University.
