Resumo

Do the practices favour professionalization? It is one of the questions that can be revealed by analyzing the different roles that arise in the subject of Professional Practices III of the Degree in Social Education (UNED), made up by students, professional tutors, teaching staff and tutors. This experience is mainly based on the development of two key premises: 1 The personal, social and professional identification of the student that deconstructs his tacit thinking and builds practical thinking supported by reflection and action; 2. the knowledge of the profession makes professionals and their work visible in different fields, contributing to the development of the profession.
