Resum
The assessment of museums and heritage institutions has increased powerfully onthe latest years. There have developed a number of techniques, tools and methods. Therehave been developed many techniques, tools and methods. However, there is one issuewhich isn’t precisely delimitated; it’s the creation of evaluation criteria that can be used tocreate assessment proposal in a systematic and strict way.Beyond the evaluation criteria, this contribution aims to establish an evaluation rubric proposal.Through this tool, the evaluation criteria become analysis variable that evolve in differentdegrees of complexity and conceptual abstraction. This allows to make a theoreticalpositioning from which analyze the real situation that a real education program can have;simultaneously there are provided the most important lines to overcome obstacles and improvethe established didactical actions.
