Abstract

In this chapter we present a part of the results of the consulting intervention carried out by the UTEC-UNED-TECSUP Consortium. It was carried out in six national universities in Peru. Financed by the Program for the Improvement of the quality and relevance of Higher University and Technological Education services on a national level (PMESUT), within the framework of the COVID-19 social health emergency. This counseling process has been carried out in three phases: diagnosis, training and techno-pedagogical accompaniment / monitoring. The design, the methodology and the results obtained from the last phase are shown, from a curricular, competence, tutorial and evaluation perspective. In order to do this, the process began with the selection of 196 multi- and interdisciplinary subjects with the aim of providing a virtual teaching model. For two months, and through a consensual mentoring plan with the educators from the different universities, progress was obtained in 132 subjects which reached 60%, culminating in the virtualization of 100% in 103 of them. In conclusion, this advice has made it easier for universities to provide continued academic service and student care, beyond face-to-face learning.
