Resumo

This paper has developed an instrument to evaluate and to analyze the progressive acquisition of skills during the university formation. A questionnaire of seven generic and transversal skills based on 60 observed and quantifiable behaviors has been elaborated. This questionnaire has been filled in by 106 students of the Degree in Psychology of Loyola Andalucía University. Results have showed that the instrument presents excellent psychometric properties and constitutes an useful tool to elaborate a profile of skills of the students and to know its progressive development during the period of university education.
