Zusammenfassung

Leaving of the Pattern of the worker's lacks (Herzberg, 1959) it thinks about to analyze if differences exist in the perception of the satisfaction in the work, in function of the sex, age, contract type and antiquity in the position of work of the administration personnel's sample and service of a public university. The questionnaire of Satisfaction has been used in the work (Warr, Cokk and Wall, 1979). The results show that the women are more satisfied than the men, the same as the workers of more age and those that take more time in the university; regarding the contract type, the in-terim one is the one that more satisfaction shows, while the labor ones those that less. The conclusions of the work are that they are the external factors, more concretely, the social relationships with the superior controls those that produce smaller satisfaction in this sample, independently of the different variables measures. It becomes necessary concrete actions to improve the vertical communication.
