Resum
This paper argues the importance of the company at the moment of analyzing the competition in the tourist activity. Nevertheless, there is revealed the deficient conceptual delimiting of the tourist company, there being approached the different reasons that have led to this insufficient theoretical delimiting. Finally, the article analyzes the different concept of tourist company depending on the economic approaches under which the Economic Theory of the Tourism can be elaborated.
