Resum

At a time such as this, in which new solutions must begin to jostle for position in the face of ineffectiveness or the inability to apply traditional anti-cyclic policies, the empowerment of our business fabric with regards to exportation orientation appears as a potentially useful instrument, an alternative to the traditional tools of a commercial policy. Based on this, the role of some of the export orientation determinants for Spanish companies were analysed and tested together with the existence of diverse effects at different phases of the companies’ life cycles.
