Resumo

This paper analyzes the implications of European Union�s draft about multiculturalism, which extends from the fields of culture, education and training, to others such as religion, entertainment or globalization. The continuous process of improvement of the European Union has radically changed the conditions of access to knowledge or the acquisition of it, and therefore contributes to economic growth. Also, the paper analyzes the desirability and multicultural issues involved in implementing social practice with its pros and cons "in the Spanish educational context, which has a higher practice, since they have launched various projects and educational plans and coexistence, more than a decade. This has meant a new mindset about educational and social phenomenon that causes the intercultural coexistence.
