Resum

The special educational needs require special atten tion and that's why we really have to innovate in the care of these special needs. We hav e incorporated elements of the idiosyncrasies of the Andalusian non-formal educati on for these students . In 2014, the we propose actions for the intervention of special educational needs through this artistic discipline. The intervention program we propose is called "Sensitive Flamencoterapia " and integrates the flamenco dance, as an informal disci pline, school educational institutions in primary education. The objective of this program is to promote the psychomotor , cognitive and social - emotional development of students with special educational needs. Andalusian Government establishes legal measures fo r the inclusion of flamenco in the education system in the region. Therefore we consid er necessary to answer this legislation and
