Abstract

The analysis of ILO Convention No. 150 forty years later, may be out of time or contemporary, depending of the point of view we use. Look likes a simple convention text with content in principle assumed by all the actors in our industrial relations: the State interference in our industrial relations and in them, social partners play an important role. However, with sufficient time distance, we will see how these axioms are no longer so indisputable. The text is analysed, emphasizing the neo-corporatist logic that emerges from the ILO’s action. And this, given how it is a debate that declines along of the last decades, but nevertheless emerges converted in “governance” and with the crisis of representativeness of the actors of our labour relations.
