Abstract

In this work we cite for the first time the presence of Corbiculafluminea in Spain, studying the biometry of specimens found in Ribera Grande (Sanlúcar del Guadarrama, Huelva). Poblation is structurated in three size classes with the nexts limits: 12,5; 22,5 and major of 30 mm.; relative length of the shell is larger in the first age class. Correlation between variables is highly significative, as reflex of its morphological stability.
