Zusammenfassung

Leading inclusive schools is today a challenge for many schools whose goal is school inclusion. The construction of a joint vision of inclusion, the development of an inclusive culture, the acquisition of skills and the promotion and implementation of inclusive practices, is a concern of formal and informal leaders who seek to respond to the needs of all people. participating in the educational organization.
