Abstract

The work presented here deals with the tutorial action in the Early Childhood Education stage. Specifically, emphasis is placed on the teaching function in relation to tutoring given the need to address in the classroom both the curricular processes and the development of areas among which we find the personal and social, educational processes and academic and professional orientation, favoring, in this way, the integral development of the students. Based on these premises, an intervention proposal is designed for 5-year-old students, focused on the first area: personal and social, to provide teachers with different educational strategies and techniques through emotional education, covering aspects such as such as: self-esteem and self-concept, as well as social values and healthy lifestyle habits; all of them immersed in the curricular areas of the Early Childhood Education stage.
