Abstract

This project continues a line of work common to the members who formed the Innovad@s Group in the previous call: attention to diversity. We present an educational research project that lays its foundations in the need to improve the quality of the teaching process of teachers and the learning process of university students; We try to identify the variables associated with the training demands expressed by the teaching teams of the Faculties of Education to respond to diversity in the classroom and to evaluate the degree of attention paid to diversity and the understanding of said construct.
