Abstract

Apresentamos aqui uma síntese da pesquisa e seus resultados.The purpose of this article is to share the knowledge produced in the thesis "Organizational MediaCompetence - A holistic, ecosophical and complex perspective", defended in December 2019, within theresearch line "Educommunication and Media Literacy in the Inter-University Doctorate in Communication". Itis a theoretical-empirical study that proposes the inclusion of the organizational dimension in the observationand analysis of the media competence of social subjects, from an elaborate paradigmatic perspective. Herewe present a summary of the research and its results.
