Resumo

A hotel management simulator has recently been implemented in the Tourism Master of the University of Huelva. This implementation process was carried out by three professors who teach in the master's degree, and through the analysis of this implementation it was intended to detect which were the factors that were most relevant when deciding and carrying out the implementation. For this, a causal study was carried out through fuzzy cognitive maps and the results obtained were analyzed with the FCMappers software, which allowed to point out the factors "quality management" and "perceived usefulness" as the two most relevant factors to the time to decide and carry out the implementation of the simulator.
