Resumo
A series of architectural decorative parts made in "gossan" rock and coming from Riotinto roman sites, are reported in this paper. Among these pieces - related to the architecture of roman necropolis monuments - columns, bases, shafts, chapiters, "arae" and "cupae", are put in relief. Since the Riotinto "gossan" is geolocally known as "transfered gossan", and occurs only at the Riotinto mine, we might conclude that a supplier workshop of burial monuments decorative parts should exist at Riotinto, which by making use of the feeble raw material, would reflect the widespread of marble in Spanish "municipia" and "coloniae" from Augustus.
