Abstract
In relation to the way in which the guardianship bodies of minors are more or less involved procedurally in their protection (apart from the bitter disputes between parents over the rights of parental authority, custody and visits), and even more so given the complexity of these situations when they are transnational in nature, this contribution tries to weigh the evolution of the current regulations on minors contained in the Regulations of Private International Law of the Union in accordance with its theoretical exposition and its doctrinal dimension, with the jurisprudential examples with those we have, structuring them, and pointing out possible paths for the future with said experience.
