Abstract

The goal of the investigation is to the measure the impact of the hybrid program in wellbeing from the perspectives of mental health, perceived happiness and emotional intelligence. Four validated instruments were used to carry out the study: the Mindfulness scale; the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale; the Happiness scale (Subjective and Oxford) and the Perceived Emotional Intelligence scale. The study consists of apretest, an intervention after two months and a post-test. In addition, the initial level of Full Attention was analyzed as a starting point in relation to the variables. The main results show a correlation between mindfulness and wellbeing: high level of significance in terms of attention and subjective happiness levels; better values in depression, anxiety and stress indicators; and benefits in emotional understanding and regulation respectively.
