Abstract

The process of Job Orientation is determined by many Psycholo. gical factors that influence facilitating or hindering an adequate job search. Personal variables have a great influence on these Processes Individual differences added to the context in which the person deve_ lops, determine the decisions we make throughout life. Psychological processes constitute the central axis at the time of carrying out any action or behavior that a person wants to develop. Throughout this chapter we will describe some of the psychological processes that must be taken into account in job orientation processes, more specifically, attitudes, interpersonal perception, motivation and decision making. All of them, with proper training, can become indispensable resources for the person to achieve greater success in their employability.
