Abstract

The thesis analyzes the changes that almonasterenses have produced to themselves in the food system. It identifies its reasons, consequences and its effect in the culture. Moreover, it allow to discover the food patrimony elemnt and the use that the local restoration has realized of the traditional kitchen.
