Abstract

This research approaches the study of Education Guidance from an institucional and organizad point of view attending especially to the relationships among the different agents which participate in the task of counseling at secondary schools. This research has been carried out in all secondary schools of Huelva province which teach professional education, and it has two stages, the first stage is extensive and covers all the secondary schools in Huelva province while the second stage is intensive and has been developed as a �case study� in only one. The research results underline the fact that social dynamics are a very important tool of work in Guidance as well as the characteristics of personality and social skills of the counsellor, etcetera.
