Abstract

This doctoral thesis is divided into six chapters, the frrst three for the realization of the theoretical framework. In the fourth chapter, we present the design and development followed in the investigation, it is hypothesized, objectives and a description of the method, along with the data collection instruments and the various analyzes carried out to treat them . The main objective of this work is to develop and validate an instrument to serve as references for the evaluation and management of school life. Based on this idea has been adapted from the EFQM model to the area of schoollife, applying the instrument toa sample of 46 secondary schools in Andalusia. In the fifth chapter presents the results and in the last chapter raises the findings, study limitations and suggestions.
