Abstract
The society of the electronic networks is going to impose and to require new competences to the professional development and to the educational practice, that never should lose its essence, but that it is inevitably mediated, every time more and more by technological resources. We begin this article carrying out a slight previous analysis of the panorama of the university teaching in general and of the professorship in particular, because it is a reality that we are going ro find it when we design training strategies through the electronics networks, then we propose which should be the considerations to create training teacher initiatives through the Net.
