Résumé

The Poster of the Values is a didactic resource elaborated so that the teachers of basketball schools of the Real Madrid Foundation can promote values to the players. This didactic material presents simple, attractive and illustrative proposals so that the youngest players improve in values, such as respect, motivation, autonomy, selfesteem, team spirit, equality and health. The objectives of this work are: (a) to describe the content of this didactic resource and (b) to show how the different proposals of the Poster of the Values are applied in basketball practice. The participants are 112 boys and girls from eight to ten years old, who participate with the Poster of the Values according to the orientations of their teacher. The result in the use of this educational material is quite satisfactory, according to the perception of the teachers, of the children and their families.
