Resumen

En un momento, como el actual, en el que nuevas soluciones han de abrirse paso, ante la inefectividad o falta de autonomía para aplicar algunas de las recetas tradicionales de política anti-cíclica, la potenciación de la orientación exportadora de nuestro tejido empresarial, se configura como un elemento potencialmente útil como alternativa a los tradicionales instrumentos de política comercial. Sobre esta base, hemos analizado y comprobado el papel de algunos determinantes de la orientación exportadora de las empresas españolas y la existencia de efectos diferentes según sea la fase del ciclo de vida de la empresa.
